I am very much happy to welcome you to KIT and KIM Technical Campus Website.

We are the only Technical Campus Type Institution providing both Engineering and Management courses in this region. Karaikudi is accommodating large number of Schools, Colleges and Research Establishments and has become a fountain of knowledge for the young minds, making a change in their life, in the society, in the country and at the global level. We are privileged in joining this mission by producing quality Engineering and Management Professionals. The Institution is having an aesthetic campus fulfilling all infrastructural needs with state of art laboratories which benefit educators and students in academics and research.

We are striving hard to have qualitative improvement in the level of higher education in this region. We are in the sincere process of creating multidimensional growth of the Institution and there by collective development of the student. Imparting knowledge and making sure the application of the knowledge in coherence with the aims and ambitions of the student is our prime objective. Our motto is providing quality education at an affordable fee to the students, especially hailing from villages.

I am delighted to convey my messages to the student community. As a Treasurer of Annamalayar Educational and Charitable trust. It’s my pleasure to serve for the student community in the capacities of Treasurer and Governing council member.

Our goals are to effectively and efficiently to manage the finances, so that our trust can provide the best educational opportunities for all students along with a safe and healthy environment.

Treasurer’s office strives to provide excellent services to the board of education administration, and welfare of faculty, staff and workers. I feel very fortunate to serve with staff that values teamwork and a strong sense of accountability.

The Trust

The Institute is founded and promoted by the Annamalaiyar Educational and Charitable trust, Karaikkudi.Thiru. V. Ayyappan, a profound businessman is the Chairman of theTrust. Thiru. P. Elayaperumal, F.C.A., an auditor by profession is the Secretary of the Trust and Er. P. Ramasubramanian, is theTreasurer. The Trust envisions establishing a quality engineering and management institution, with 'A' class facilities. Besides,the trust has a genuine concern for the development of the needy and underprivileged community, especially in the rural area of south Tamil Nadu.

Technical Education plays an essential role in improving the well being of youth and communities. It increases productivity, empowers individual to become self relient and stimulates entrepreneurship.

• Awarded Ph.D degree from Anna University, Chennai in the area of Power System de-regulation.
• Holds Engineering Master’s degree in Power System Engineering from Anna University, Thiruchirapalli.
• Holds Management Master’s degree in Business Administration from Alagappa University, Karaikudi.
• Holds Management Master’s degree in Labour Management from Annamalai University, Annamalai Nagar.
• Holds Engineering Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kamaraj University, Madurai
• Holds Engineering Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Directorate of Technical Education.
• Published more than Fifteen research papers in National and International Journals and Conferences.
